Initial Enquiry

We receive new leads through our CRM mailbox or other channels, then search for or add the customer to our system.
A new deal is created, and the initial appointment is scheduled and recorded in the CRM.

Customer Acceptance

If the customer accepts, the deal goes to the operations admin to schedule the final survey and update the status to “Final Survey.”
We coordinate the survey date and assign it to the installations manager.
If the quote is rejected, we offer a requote and repeat the quotation stage.

Installation

After installation, we upload customer feedback, photos, and documentation to the CRM, then close the appointment.
The operations admin sends a customer survey, assigns the deal to accounts, and updates the status to “Invoice & Payment.”

Initial Appointment

Our team attends the initial appointment and attaches all site photos and related documents directly to the deal in HubSpot.
Once the visit is complete, we close the appointment, add any relevant notes or images, and assign the deal to the appropriate team member for quotation.

Final Survey

We attend the final survey, confirm the estimated installation date and time, and record all details in the deal notes.
All site photos and documents are attached in HubSpot before closing the appointment.

Quotation

We create the quotation and save it securely in our local drive.
Next, we navigate to the deal record in the CRM, populate the quotation details, and prepare an email directly within the system — attaching all relevant files.
A follow-up is scheduled within 48 hours to confirm client feedback.

Invoice & Payment

Accounts generate and send the invoice through the CRM, then update the deal status to “Closed Won.”
They monitor payment progress via the invoice dashboard, and once payment is received, record it in the invoice record.
